Director & CEO

Having completed Bachelors (Hons) from Kolkata University and Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Durgapur Society of Management Science , His vision to provide high quality education to underprivileged students of remote and make them career ready individuals globally. His prime focus has always been on leadership development and team building. With his intensive education and national/ international work experience, makes the student employed in various corporate sector.

Munna Adak
Director

Earned a bachelor degree in History from Burdwan university, further solidifying her understanding of social issues and systemic inequalities.
She subsequently pursued a Master's degree in History gaining strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, research expertise, and understanding of social contexts from the past to effectively assess and address contemporary social issues
Facilitating workshops and groups to equip young people with life skills, leadership development, and advocacy tools.

Sudipta Ghosh, Head R & D

Completed B.Sc. from B.U., done one & half year diploma in Computer Application from Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata, completed MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, done Certificate in Psychological Counseling.
Worked as Chief Administrator at CBSE school and Career Counselor for last 15 years. Now working as Research & Development Head at Tarakeswar School of Hotel Management & Technical Foundation.
